Complete the order in your browser and it reaches our scheduling team straight away. Best if you want a record and no paper.
2. Download and fax
Print the order form, fill it in, and fax it to (406) 206-5015. The way most offices already work with us.
4. Call us
Talk it through and we will take the order down. Fastest when something is urgent or unusual.

Online order forms exist for X-ray and ultrasound. For echocardiograms and EKGs, call us or send the order by fax and we will schedule it the same way.
Self-pay patient? We publish what every ultrasound costs, by CPT code, with the radiologist's read included in the price.
