Our commitment

Big Sky Imaging provides mobile and in-clinic diagnostic imaging across Montana and Wyoming. We treat the personal and health information entrusted to us with care. We do not sell it.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect contact details you provide (such as name, phone number, email, facility, and city), referral and order details submitted by providers, and information needed to schedule and complete an imaging visit. We may also collect basic technical information when you use our website, such as pages viewed.

How we use information

We use the information to schedule and deliver imaging services, coordinate with the ordering provider and our teleradiology partner for interpretation, respond to questions, process payment, and operate and improve our service. We use it to communicate with you about a referral, appointment, or bill.

Health information

Health information is handled in a manner consistent with applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies. We share health information only as needed to provide and coordinate care, to interpret imaging, for payment and operations, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Please do not send patient identifiers or clinical details through our general contact and referral forms, or by email. Our online order forms are the correct channel for that information: they are provided by our practice management system rather than by this website, and they exist precisely so clinical detail does not travel by email.

How we share information

We may share information with the ordering provider, our teleradiology partner for interpretation, and service providers who help us operate, all subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal or health information. We may disclose information when required by law.

Third-party services on this site

Some parts of this website are provided by other companies. When your browser loads one of them, that company can receive your IP address and basic technical details about your visit, in the same way any website you visit can. The list below is complete as of the date at the foot of this page.

• Chat widget (LeadConnector, widgets.leadconnectorhq.com) — runs the chat window. Anything you type into the chat is sent to us and stored in our customer records. Please do not enter medical details, test results or other health information in chat. To discuss anything clinical, call us at (855) 249-9729.
• Reviews (reputationhub.site) — displays customer reviews. It does not collect anything you enter on this site.
• Analytics (Google Analytics, googletagmanager.com) — measures how the site is used. See the analytics note below.
• Maps (Google Maps, google.com, and OpenStreetMap, tile.openstreetmap.org) — draw the location and service-area maps.
• Payments (PayPal, paypal.com) — if you choose to pay online you leave this site and PayPal handles the transaction under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details.
• Provider portal (Rapid Radiology, rapidrad.com) and imaging upload (Nuance PowerShare, widgets.nuancepowershare.com) — links for referring providers. These are separate systems with their own terms and privacy policies.

Our general contact and referral forms send what you enter to our customer records so we can respond, and they ask you not to include medical information. The order forms are different: they are designed to carry the clinical information an imaging order requires, and they are hosted by our practice management system rather than by this website.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (googletagmanager.com) to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, how they arrived, and whether they took an action such as submitting a referral, tapping the phone number, or opening the chat. It sets cookies and Google receives your IP address as part of this.

We record that an action happened and on which page. We never send the contents of anything you type — no names, no phone numbers, no messages, no health information — to Google Analytics or any other analytics service. We do not run advertising pixels for retargeting on this site.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and Google offers an opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may contact us to ask about the information we hold or to update your contact preferences. Some records must be retained to meet legal and medical recordkeeping obligations.
