About our services
Big Sky Imaging provides mobile and in-clinic diagnostic imaging services, including X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiogram, and EKG, across Montana and Wyoming. A valid provider order is required for imaging. Imaging is interpreted by our teleradiology partner, Rapid Radiology; Big Sky Imaging coordinates the imaging and does not itself provide the interpretation.

This website is for general information about our services. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified provider. Always consult your provider about your care.
Scheduling and service
Service availability, modalities, and turnaround times vary by region and are confirmed at the time of scheduling. Same-day availability applies only in covered markets and is not guaranteed. We will confirm the details of any referral or order before scheduling.
Payment
Charges for services are the responsibility of the patient or the responsible party, subject to any applicable coverage. Cash pay is accepted. Medicare and Medicaid are accepted. Coverage depends on the patient, the payer, and the specific order. These terms do not cover the sale of retail goods, and no product returns or refunds apply.
Use of this website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it or attempt to disrupt it. Content on this site is provided as-is and may be updated at any time. Please do not submit patient identifiers or clinical details through our general contact and referral forms. Use the order forms, the provider portal, or fax for anything clinical.
